Bella Swan/Cullen (18 tahun)

Isabella "Bella" Marie Swan adalah seorang gadis remaja yang digambarkan biasa-biasa saja dan mudah tertimpa sial lahir di Forks 13 September 1987. Ia baru saja pindah dari kota Phoenix, Arizona ke Forks, Washington dan tinggal bersama ayahnya, Charlie. Meski banyak cowok-cowok seperti, Eric, Mike, and Tyler, tertarik pada dirinya, Bella jatuh cinta pada Edward Cullen, seorang cowok misterius yang kemudian diketahuinya sebagai vampir. Demi keselamtan Bella akibat kehidupan vampir-nya yang dapat membahayakan Bella, Edward meninggalkannya. Bella kemudian menjadi depresi, namun kemudian dihibur oleh kawan baik lamanya, Jacob Black. Bella pun mulai merasakan adanya perasaan cinta pada Jacob, meski tak sedalam cintanya pada Edward. Pada akhirnya ia menikah dengan Edward dan melahirkan seorang anak perempuan, Renesmee. Edward Masen/Cullen (17 tahun)

Edward Cullen (nama lahir: Edward Anthony Masen) lahir tanggal 20 Juni, 1901 di kota Chicago, Illinois dan kemudian terperangkap dalam tubuh remajanya yang abadi berusia 17 tahunan. Ketika sedang sekarat akibat wabah Flu Spanyol pada tahun 1918, ia diubah menjadi vampir oleh Dr. Carlisle Cullen setelah ibu Edward, Elizabeth, memohon padanya untuk menyelamatkan Edward. Edward memiliki kemampuan untuk membaca pikiran orang lain, terkecuali untuk Bella Swan. Selain itu, ia juga menyandang status sebagai yang tercepat diantara semua anggota keluarganya. Ia segera jatuh cinta pada Bella setelah Bella pindah ke Forks. Edward tahu ia bisa saja dapat membunuh Bella dengan mudah tanpa sadar, dan kemudian di New Moon ia memutuskan untuk meninggalkan Forks agar ia beserta keluarganya tak dapat mengancam keselamatan Bella. Tetapi akhirnya ia kembali juga, karena sadar bahwa ia tak dapat hidup tanpa Bella. Dalam Breaking Dawn ia menikah dengan Bella dan memiliki seorang anak perempuan, Renesmee. Target buruan favoritnya adalah singa gunung. Mobil miliknya merupakan sebuah Volvo S60 R silver. Robert Pattinson berperan sebagai Edward di dalam film Twilight. I very love Edward!!

Jacob Black

Jacob Black adalah teman baik dari Bella lahir tahun 1990. Ia berasal dari suku Quileute dan juga merupakan shape-shifter--orang yang mampu mengubah diri menjadi binatang (kebetulan Jacob dapat berubah menjadi Serigala sehingga sempat disalah artikan sebagai werewolf). Dalam Twilight, Jacob hanya berperan sedikit, dan rupa-rupanya Bella lupa bahwa Jacob adalah teman masa kecilnya. Karena rasa ingin tahu Bella terhadap keluarga Cullen, Bella merayu Jacob, lalu Jacob bercerita padanya legenda suku Quileute tentang 'Makhluk Dingin', atau vampir. Setelah Edward meninggalkan Bella di New Moon, Bella menghabiskan banyak waktu dengan Jacob, mencoba untuk menyembuhkan luka hatinya. Meski awalnya mereka hanya sebagai sahabat, Jacob kemudian jatuh cinta pada Bella. Walaupun di dalam Eclipse ia menghabiskan waktunya untuk merebut Bella dari Edward, di dalam Breaking Dawn ia meng-imprint anak perempuan Bella dan Edward, Renesmee.Mobil miliknya merupakan sebuah Volkswagen Rabbit tahun 1986 Merah Tua Hasil rakitan sendiri (Jacob pandai otomotif). Karakter Jacob Black dalam film Twilight diperankan oleh Taylor Lautner.

Carlisle Cullen (23 tahun)

'Carlisle Cullen (juga dikenal sebagai Stregoni Benefici) adalah suami dari Esme dan juga merupakan ayah angkat dari Edward, Rosalie, Emmett, Alice, dan Jasper. Pertama kali muncul di Twilight dan penampilan fisiknya merupakan pria berumur 23 tahun. Carlisle digambarkan seperti model; ia memiliki rambut pirang, memiliki tinggi sekitar 187 cm, dan bertubuh ramping tetapi gagah. Carlisle berpendapat bahwa jika manusia berubah menjadi vampir, mereka akan mendapat semacam kekuatan yang berkaitan dengan masa lalu mereka. Ia percaya bahwa ia membawa suatu rasa kasihan dari masa lalunya. Carlisle sudah belajar berabad-abad untuk memantapkan pengetahuan medisnya, maka dari itu ia menjadi dokter yang hebat dan cukup dikenal di Forks. Tidak seperti vampir kebanyakan, Carlisle tidak tergoda oleh bau darah manusia, akibat latihannya selama 300 tahun menahan godaan. Carlisle Cullen anak dari pastor Anglikan, lahir tahun 1640-an di London sebelum pemerintahan Cromwell, Inggris saat terjadi pergolakan agama. Ayahnya dan pastor-pastor lainnya memburu bermacam-macam makhluk seperti penyihir, werewolf, dan vampir, terkadang manusia yang di salah pahaminya. Setelah ayahnya bertambah tua, Carlisle menggantikan posisinya. Suatu malam di tahun 1663-an, ia diserang oleh seorang vampir dan dibiarkan mati ditengah jalan. Tahu bahwa dirinya takkan diterima lagi di masyarakat, ia mengasingkan diri dan mengalami transformasi yang menyakitkan menjadi vampir. Karena ketakutan, ia mencoba berbagai cara untuk bunuh diri, namun tak satupun berhasil karena kekuatannya. Suatu malam ketika, ia tak dapat menahan laparnya lagi dan menyerang sekawanan rusa. Setelah sadar bahwa ia dapat bertahan tanpa harus menyerang manusia, ia memulai melatih pertahanan dirinya terhadap darah manusia, dan menjadi seorang dokter. Carlisle memiliki mobil pribadi, yaitu sebuah Mercedes S55 AMG Hitam. Di film Twilight, karakter Carlisle diperankan oleh Peter Facinelli.

Esme Evenson/Cullen (26 tahun)

Esme Cullen adalah istri dari Carlisle dan ibu angkat dari Edward, Rosalie, Emmett, Jasper dan Alice. Ia digambarkan sebagai seorang wanita muda yang sangat mencintai keluarganya. Esme adalah seorang ibu rumah tangga yang sangat baik dan perhatian. Bahkan kepada Bella sekalipun, yang secara teknis baru menyandang gelar sebagai kekasih Edward. Hal ini disebabkan oleh trauma masa lalunya. Saat masih manusia (Esme Evenson), Esme kehilangan bayinya dan mencoba untuk bunuh diri dengan melompat dari tebing. Carlisle menemukannya lalu mengubahnya menjadi vampir. Esme juga merupakan seorang vampir vegetarian (hanya minum darah hewan), layaknya anggota keluarga Cullen yang lain. Di film Twilight, karakter Esme diperankan oleh Elizabeth Reaser.

Rosalie Hale/Cullen (18 tahun)

Rosalie Hale adalah orang ketiga yang diubah Carlisle menjadi vampir setelah Edward dan Esme. Ia digambarkan sebagai gadis berambut pirang dan tercantik di Keluarga Cullen lahir sebagai manusia pada tahun 1915 di New York. Sifatnya dingin dan jutek. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui hubungannya dengan Bella. Disaat anggota Keluarga Cullen yang lain sudah dapat menerima Bella dengan senang hati karena ia kekasih Edward, Rosalie masih bersikap tak begitu ramah kepadanya. Kejadian buruk di masa manusianya-lah yang menyebabkan hal ini. Semasa masih manusia, Rosalie adalah anak dari keluarga menengah keatas. Ayahnya mempunyai posisi tinggi di sebuah bank. Ditambah dengan fisik Rosalie yang memang sudah cantik dan menarik, tidaklah sulit baginya untuk mendapatkan orang yang dicintainya, Royce King Jr. Mereka bertunangan dan hidup Rosalie sudah bak putri di negeri dongeng. Ia bahagia dan memiliki apapun yang setiap gadis inginkan. Namun semuanya berakhir ketika Royce King Jr dan teman-temannya yang mabuk memperkosa Rosalie pada suatu malam. Rosalie yang ditinggalkan sekarat begitu saja di pinggir jalan, ditemukan dan diselamatkan oleh Carlisle, yang segera mengubahnya menjadi vampir pada tahun 1933. Carlisle semula berharap bahwa Rosalie akan menjadi soulmate untuk Edward, sama seperti Esme yang merupakan soulmate dirinya. Namun Edward tidak mau. Pada akhirnya, Rosalie menemukan soulmate-nya, yaitu Emmett Cullen. Rosalie juga diketahui tertarik dengan dunia otomotif. Ia tahu bagaimana memperbaiki mesin kendaraan dan memiliki sebuah mobil, yaitu BMW M3 convertible Merah. Karakter Rosalie di film Twilight diperankan oleh Nikki Reed.

Alice Cullen dan Jasper Cullen (18 dan 20 tahun)

Alice Cullen yang memiliki nama asli Mary Alice Brandon lahir di Massasuchets tahun 1921. Gadis ini berperawakan mungil dan digambarkan memiliki suara seperti lonceng. Alice memiliki kemampuan untuk melihat masa depan, meskipun penglihatannya bersifat tidak eksak. Ia hanya dapat melihat hal-hal yang telah diputuskan. Bila keputusan dari orang bersangkutan berubah, maka penglihatan Alice pun akan berubah. Tak banyak yang diketahui tentang gadis ini, karena ia sendiri tak mengingat masa lalunya... dan masa lalu gadis ini diketahui saat Bella dijebak oleh james (vampire yang mengincar bella) bahwa Alice merupakan satu-satunya target james yang selamat. Alice diceritakan sebagai pasien di rumah sakit jiwa, dan ketika james memilihnya sebagai target buruan, Alice 'diselamatkan' oleh seorang vampire yang memang sudah menaruh hati padanya. akibatnya Alice bertransformasi sebagai vampire, sementara vampir yang telah 'menciptakannya'berhasil dibunuh oleh james. Alice merupakan salah satu yang terakhir untuk bergabung dengan Keluarga Cullen. Ia, bersama-sama dengan Jasper, soulmatenya yang ia temui di salah satu bar di daerah selatan Amerika, datang menemui keluarga Cullen. Alice sudah mengetahui tentang Keluarga Cullen sebelumnya melalui penglihatannya. Alice digambarkan sebagai sesosok gadis yang sangat ceria, outgoing, dan suka membantu, memiliki mobil Porsche 911 Turbo silver metalik pemberian Jasper. Karakter Alice di film Twilight diperankan oleh Ashley Green.

Jasper Cullen yang memiliki nama asli Victor Jasper Hale lahir di Manchester pada tanggal 1 Januari 1920. Dulu ia adalah seorang tentara yang sangat berwibawa,dan ketika dia mendapat tugas untuk mengevakuasi suatu pemukiman, di tengah jalan dia bertemu dengan 3 orang gadis yang cantik bak bidadari, dengan kulit porselen bermata merah. tanpa ia sadari sebelumnya ternyata 3 gadis ini merupakan vampire dari daerah selatan. dan jasper pun dirubah menjadi vampire, ia menjadi pasangan dari salah satu vampire tersebut. mereka berdua sering membentuk 'tentara baru'untuk memenangkan pertempuran antar vampire demi memperebutkan wilayah 'perburuan'dan setelah tentara itu tidak berguna lagi, maka akan segera dihabisi. jasper yang memiliki keahlian mengendalikan emosi orang-orang disekitarnya juga dapat membaca emosi yang para korbannya. akibat dari tiu Jasper merasa sangat frustasi dan meninggalkan pasangannya. ia mengelana sorang diri ke utara untuk menjalani hidup yang lebih baik, hidup tanpa pertarungan. hingga ia bertemu dengan Alice soulmatenya di bar itu. Karakter Jasper di film Twilight diperankan oleh Jackson Rathbone.

Renesmee Carlie Cullen

Renesmee Carlie Cullen adalah anak setengah manusia-setengah vampir dari pasangan Edward dan Bella Cullen.Bella mengandung Renesmee ketika masih menjadi manusia dan ketika melahirkan hampir membuatnya tak tertolong, Bella melahirkan dibantu 2 pria yang berarti dalam hidupnya Edward cinta sejatinya dan Jacob sahabat terbaik sepanjang hidupnya, Dilahirkan Tiga hari sebelum Bella menjadi vampir yaitu 7 September 2006. menjadi Imprit-nya Jacob Black dan ini membuat perseteruan antara Vampir dengan werewolf atau shape-shifter suku Quileute berakhir ,karena bagi seorang Warewolf tidak boleh mencelakakn pasangan Imprit saudaranya sendiri.
